Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Once your files are delivered, there's nothing to ship back — so we don't do returns in the traditional sense. What we do instead is simpler: if something's wrong with your order, we fix it.

If something's wrong

You have 30 days from purchase to let us know about any problem with your order. Contact us at murdershebettadont@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. That includes:

  • Files that won't download or won't open
  • Corrupted, incomplete, or missing files
  • Receiving the wrong kit
  • Being charged for an order you didn't receive

We'll re-send your files, replace them, or refund you — whichever actually solves the problem. You don't need to do anything except reach out; a copy of your order confirmation or receipt helps us find you faster.

What we can't refund

Because kits are delivered instantly and can't be un-downloaded, we can't offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the files have been delivered
  • Buying a kit for the wrong player count or occasion (check the kit page before you buy — every listing states the player range)
  • Content preferences — our kits are adults-only and clearly marked as such

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

If you're unsure whether a kit is right for your group before buying, email us. We'd rather answer questions up front than have you stuck with the wrong kit.

European Union buyers

Under EU law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins — which is why, at checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right. If you have any issue with your order, the "If something's wrong" section above still fully applies to you.

Refund processing

If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method automatically. Most refunds land within 10 business days, though your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at murdershebettadont@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.
