Shipping Policy

Good news: nothing ships. Everything we sell is a digital download, so there's no shipping cost, no tracking number, and no waiting by the door. Your kit arrives faster than your guests will.

How delivery works

When your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link for your files. Delivery is immediate — most orders arrive within minutes of purchase.

Your files are PDFs, designed to be printed at home or at any print shop. Once downloaded, they're yours to keep and print as many times as you need for your event.

If your files don't arrive

Before anything else: check your spam or junk folder, and confirm the email address on your order. Most "missing" orders are hiding in spam.

Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email us at murdershebettadont@gmail.com with the name and email address you ordered under, and we'll re-send your files. If you're prepping for a party, say so — we'll prioritize it.

Download problems

If a link won't open, a file won't download, or something arrives corrupted or incomplete, contact us at murdershebettadont@gmail.com and we'll fix it. Our Refund Policy covers exactly what we'll do when something's wrong with an order.

A note on customs, taxes, and borders

Because nothing physically crosses a border, there are no customs fees, import duties, or courier surcharges. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
